He was predeceased by: his father D. H. Pickens. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Pickens; his cousins, John Arthur, Dale, Jimmy, Charles, Eddie, Thomas and Don; his sister Sandy Robinson (Charles Mac); his children, Crissy Smallridge (Michael), Jake Pickens (Sherri) and Cassie Fulton (Jerry); his stepdaughter Jennifer McClatchey; his niece Courtney Hodge (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Faith, Stephanie, Lindsey, Brittany, Kenzie, Rylan and Grant; his great grandchildren, Brinlee, Holten, Kendrix, Millie, Colter and Lucy; his great-nieces, Palmer and Avery; and his cousin Jerred Swinburn. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Senior Center, 201 N. Bateman, Fairfield, Texas 75840—where Jackie could be found most days at lunch, enjoying good food, better fellowship, hours of dominoes and (if you were lucky) a story or two. Memorials can also be made to the Dew Methodist Church, P.O. Box 1387, Fairfield, TX 75840.
