He is survived by: his sons, Guy Burton and Russell Lynn; his wife Cissy Maggard; his son Jordan; his former spouse Kelsie Lummus Maggard; his children, Hadleigh, Haislynn and Jayce; his former spouse Mallorie Sims Maggard; his children, Carter, Barrett Maggard, Blake Maggard, Hensley Repak (Cabot Ellis), Nicholas Repak (Gianna) and Jacob Repak; his siblings, Judy Maggard Selz (Jack) of Cypress and William Maggard (Donna) of Teague; and his siblings-in-law, Anita Maggard of College Station, Sonny, Diane Campbell of Teague and Ruby Campbell of Teague. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, and his four great grandchildren.
