She is survived by: her husband Lee West; her children, Jory Shane Jones (Kristin), Shawna Gail Coffman and Sonny Gene Hicks; her stepchildren, Herschel West (Jamie), David West (Beth) and Crystal West; her brother Ottis Lambright (Kathleen); and her close friend Denise Taylor. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
