He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Preston and Dorothy Mitchell Jones. He is survived by: his son Nathan Thomas Jones of Teague; his wife Rhonda; his daughter Tara Jones of Maryland; and his siblings, Bonnie Romeo (Nick) of Buffalo, Betty Shaw (Jimmy) of Buffalo, Tinker Hirsch of Maryland, Toni Schneider (John) of Maryland, Jimmy Jones of Indiana and Jerry Jones (Karen) of Donie. He is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (209 6th Ave, Teague, TX 75860). The military honors will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to First Baptist Church Mockingbird Hill Youth Camp.
