She was predeceased by : her father Earl D McConnell; and her brother Douglas. She is survived by : her mother Ruby McConnell of Temple; her brothers, James McConnell and David McConnell (Nancy) of California; her niece Katie Calvert of California; and her pets, Josie and Gracie.

A graveside service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bellwood Memorial Park (8575 Airport Rd, Temple, TX 76502).
