She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jack Stewart, Ronald Stewart, Elbert Stewart, Joy Shatz and Mary Frederick; and her sons, Craig and Wayne Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Cook of Salado and Christopher Cook of Hamilton; and her husband Curtis Cook Sr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
