He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Kenneth Chapman and Bettye Ann Weaver Chapman of Belfalls; and his close friend Jan Wiseman of Temple, TX.. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Collier (Jason Collier); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Ann, Corban Ray and Kenneth Edward Collier; and his friends, Emily Wiseman, Will Wiseman and Sarah Wiseman Gott (Brandon).
