Rios; his children, Johnnie Joe (Antonia Rios) and Monica Ann Rios; his grandchildren, Angela Flores, Shanna Ramirez, James Jacob Hernandez, Laura Mclead, Amanda Ann Hernandez and Walter James Anderson Jr.; and his niece Johna Padilla. He is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren, and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
