She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Sotero and Mary Garcia; and her siblings, Julio Salas, Beni Santibanez, Sylvia Sotero, Johnny Felix Sotero and Charlie Sotero.
She is survived by: her husband John Tobar; her brother Antonio Sotero; and her children, John Able Tobar, Patrick Tobar, Adam Tobar, Johnny Lee Tobar and Rachel Marie Tobar. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren, her many great grandchildren, and many other relatives and dear friends.
