He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Allen and Gladys Allen of Cisco; his wife Dorothy Weir; his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Melissa; and his brothers, Fred and Chester Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Dixie of Temple, Dan of Leander and Stan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
