We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2026, at the age of 102, Darryce Mae Ross of Temple, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Darryce is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Darryce's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Allen and Verna Billings (Johnson); her husband Hulon K. Ross; and her granddaughter Sandra Huffman. She is survived by: her children, Patti Ross of Temple and Ross Jr. (Sharon) of Texas City. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
