Portis, Sr. of Troy, Texas; his wife Karen Portis of Temple, Texas; his sons, Dae'Quan Portis of Waco, Da Vonte Portis of Waco and Dexter Portis of Grand Prairie, Texas; and his siblings, Manuel Portis (Shyvonda) of Temple, Texas, Demeatra Johnson (Rodney) of Temple and Lanette Porter of Troy, Texas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
