He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Olen Scott and Mamie Joshlyn Scott (Van Deman); and his sons, Rusty and David Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Cheri Penrod (Devran) of Temple; and his grandchildren, Keagan and Ciara.
