He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rabroker and AnnieBell Rabroker (Franks). He is survived by: his wife Donna Locke; his children, Gerald W. Rabroker (Shellie) and Sherri A. Smith (James C. Smith III); and his brother Charles Rabroker (Catherine). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
