He was predeceased by: his father Edward Noonan; his siblings, Edward F. (Skip), Robert W. (Bobby), John P. Noonan (Jackie) and Lori Noonan; and his niece Shauna Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Phillips Noonan of Temple, Texas.; his children, Stacey Elaine Ridout and Christopher Brice Noonan; his grandsons, Maddox Ridout, Malcom Ridout and Logan Gabriel; and his sister Nancy Noonan. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
