He is survived by: his parents, Edward Jr. Pickens and Mary Jane Smith; his wife Aqueeta Smith of Temple; his children, Nickolas Smith of Temple, Emmanuel Smith Jr. of Temple, Jekayla Spears of Alabama and Mariah Smith of Temple, Texas; and his brothers, Billie Taft of Linden, Alabama and Leamon Taft of Linden, Alabama. He is also survived by relative and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Branford Dawson Funeral Home Inc. (718 S 7th St, Temple, TX 76504).
