He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence and Earnest Faulkner; and his siblings, Frances, Ruby, Charlene, William and Vaughan.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his brother Robert; his children, Larry, William and Vicki; and his stepsons, Chris and Kevin. He is also survived by grand-children and great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or your favorite charity.
