He is survived by : his children, Kimberley, Arthur and Adam; his wife Jean Scarr; his pets, Cinnamon, Donnor, Jax and Jazzy; his great grandchildren, Kim, Jamie Smith, Makenzie, Zane, Judah Watkins, Isabelle Smith and Natalie Smith; and his grandchildren, Arthur, Shawna Scarr, Kayla, Averie, Hayden, Adriana Kepner, AJ Scarr, Brekken Scarr, Stetson Mullenix, Alliana Mullenix, Remington, Kameryn, Karson, Kimberly, Riley Mullenix, Adam, Nancy Scarr, Shelby, Scott Duncan, Helena Payne, Connor Perez, Freyja Duncan, Tyler, Erica, Asher Scarr, Zachary Scarr, Skylar Jackson, Adalynn Scarr, Kampton Cadenhead, Violet Scarr, Madison Scarr, Nick Feyer and Daisy Mae Feyer.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Church (500 I-35, Belton, TX 76513). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
