She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Curtis (Alysa) and Jason Curtis (Amayah); her grandchildren, Josie, Bentley Joe, Brysen, Kion, Elaina, Waylon, Merlin and Allan; her siblings, Rhonda Diaz, Dan Cheeseman, Lee Tarver and Chad Tarver; her grandchild Mima; and her son Joe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
