She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Booker Sr. and Johnie Mayes Booker; her husband Solomon Singleton; and her siblings, Larry Booker, Jewel Slider, Deborah Taylor and Shirley Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Singleton of Temple, Terrance Singleton of Houston, Texas and Christal Taylor of Waldorf, Maryland; and her brothers, L. C. Booker Jr. of San Francisco, Bobby Booker of Temple, Texas and Euell Booker of Temple, Texas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
