She was predeceased by: her parents, Reba Louise Rowe and Marshall Rowe; her husband Jack Dowe Whitlock; her daughter Brenda Sue Watkins; her siblings, Marshall Lee Rowe Jr., Norman Rowe, David Charles Rowe, Vera Sue Cobb and Gretna Kinsley; and her grandchild Kelley J. Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Todd Whitlock, Anna Rea, Connie Wentzel and Anita Cooney; and her sisters, Margaret Ann McDonald and Ruth Dunaway. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
