She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Solomon, and Frankie Mae Solomon, Sr.; her husband William R. Smith; her daughter Jennifer Mayes; and her siblings, Louis Solomon, Early Solomon, Clint Solomon Jr., James Solomon, Sally Solomon, Mary Lane, Naomi Lane, Gloria D. Solomon, Lois Solomon and Aletha Solomon.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Solomon of Temple, Willie Solomon of Waco and Ruthie Mayes of Temple; and her siblings, Harvey Solomon of Dallas, Nathaniel Soloman of Dallas, Lester Solomon of Dallas, Carol Solomon of Waco, Barbara Jean Glenn of Dallas, Kathy House of Marlin and Gerthie Solomon of Ft Worth. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
