With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kata Lenore Rafferty of Temple, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kata left this world on August 31, 2025 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Francis and Marian Francis. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her children, Joseph Rafferty (Abby), Sarah McLaughlin (Mack) and Melissa Van Scoy (Ben); her grandchildren, Izzy, Declan Rafferty, Lenna and Mattis McLaughlin; and her sister Kim McKinney. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
