He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Shelley and Wilma Shelley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Leslie Shelley (Lesa), Zachary Shelley (Teresa), Laura Smith (Ronnie) and Teresa Hughes; and his siblings, Carroll Shelley and Gloria Pearson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
