He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bergthal; his son Brian Bergthal; his stepsons, Dustin Lagard and Jerimie Lagard; his mother Janie Bergthal; and his brother Steven Bergthal (Norma Bergthal). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
