He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilma Doris (Carmichael) and Edward George Hughes Sr.; and his brother Edward Hughes Jr.. He is survived by : his sisters, Brenda Harlowe of Dallas and Wilma Ruth Keas of Round Rock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
