She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan C. Harper and Suzanna Harper (Davis); her brothers, Russell Harper and R. Davis Harper; and her nephew Cass Harper.
She is survived by: her brothers, Rinn Harper (Leslie) of Leander and Ray Harper (Sharon) of Whitney, Texas; her nieces and nephews, Joshua Harper (Heather) of Temple, Aaron Harper of Temple, Katie Burnfield of Leander, Emily Trotter (Brandon) of Belton and Jason Harper of Leander; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ellie, Ryder, Taylor, Wesley, Danny and Everly; her friend Marty Knight of Temple; and her pets, Tiger and Chanel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the BCRSEA (Bell County Retired School Employees Association) in Rashelle's memory.
