He was predeceased by : his mother Alice Walker Lockett. He is survived by : his father Kenneth Lockett of El Paso, Texas; his wife Wendy Nicholes of Killeen, Texas; his children, Rayford Lockett Jr. of Killeen, Texas and Chasity Patton of Killeen, Texas; and his sister Cynthia Lockett of Killeen, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Jerusalem International Baptist Church (3121 Commerce Drive, Bldg A., Killeen, TX 76543).
