He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosco Phipps and Barbara Ann Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Beth McNeill Phipps; his sons, Timothy Phipps (Jenna) and Atlas of Belton, Texas; and his sisters, Cheryl Bailey (Danny) of Florence and Deborah Phipps of Florence.
