He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Glenn Millikan Sr. and Peggy Speck Millikan; and his former wife Sheila Millikan. He is survived by: his wife Nona R. Millikan; his children, Justin Millikan (Tabitha), Melissa Bell (Stanley), Michael Matlock, Sheila Frazier, Melanie Mebane (Dale) and Eduardo Salazar; his grandchildren, Joshua Millikan, Emily Millikan, Rachel Millikan, Heather Somers (Joshua Somers), Micah Matlock, Kayla Smith (Kevin Harris), Dustin Mebane and Amber Betak (Justin); his great grandchildren, Brady Preston, Braden Mebane, Sophia Somers, Kale Harris, Peyton Betak, Payslee Mebane and Pecos Mebane; and his siblings, Gary Millikan (Cindy) and Marsha Millikan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
