She was predeceased by: her mother Corina Martinez (Chavez); and her brother Felix Martinez. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Mata Jr. (Teresa) and Roque Mata (Cora); her siblings, Minerva Rios (John), Felipe Martinez Jr. (Mary Lou), Richard Martinez (Linda) and Greg Martinez (Mary Alice); and her father Felipe Martinez Sr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flower, the family asks that donations be made to the Goodwill of Texas.
