He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Sharp and Eunice Sharp; his wife Gladys; and his brother Daniel Sharp. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Sharp (Monique) of Belton Texas and Sheila Overy (Robert) of Grafton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brian Sharp (Ezekiel), Bradley Sharp, Jessica Sampson (Matt), Faith Friedrichs (Noah), Garret Sharp (Chyanne), Caleb Sharp, Bryson Sharp and Hannah Overy (Dakota); and his great grandchildren, Julian Sharp, Emily Sharp, Bradley Sharp and Barret Sharp.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
More recently he attended Foundation Global Methodist Church in Temple, Texas.
