She was predeceased by: her parents, Shorty Lee Turner and Mattie Alice Henson-Turner; her siblings, Frank Turner, Nancy Hill, Joyce Hunter and Doug Turner; her sons, Sonny Groessel and Terry Groessel; her grandson Joshua Smith; and her daughter-in-law Ruth Groessel.
She is survived by: her sons, James Groessel and Tommy Groessel; her grandchildren, Mary Bunch (Terry), Bruce Groessel, Charlie Bannister (Ricky Crow), Ronald Durbin, Daniel Durbin (Ismail), Donald Durbin and Jeff Smith; and her brother Jerry Turner (Jim LeCroy). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren whom she adored, numerous great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
