He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Polasek (Alford) and John Victor Polasek; his children, Baby Boy of Baby Boy and Stephanie Polasek; and his brothers, John Polasek, Jr., Weldon Polasek, Wayne Sherman, Ronnie Sherman and Vic Sherman.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jo Polasek (Franklin); his children, Misty Swanson (Greg) and Bobby Polasek, Jr. (Keri); his granddaughters, Evelyn and Olivia Polasek; his brothers, David and Lemmie Polasek; his sisters-in-law, Jean Wheatley (John) and Glenda Morgan; and his cousins, Shirley and Tiffany Orr. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces and nephews.
