She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Griggs and Bertha Griggs; her husband Tom Martin; her grandparents, Dora and George Washington Kearney; her daughter Suzzane Bailey; her son-in-law Marshall Ardis; her grandchildren, Tonya Smith and Clinton Ardis; and her siblings, Glenda Ruff, Jerry and Clovis Griggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Ardis; her grandchildren, Amanda Ardis Gaona and Michael Bailey; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Makynzee, Jocelyn, Breydon, Brody, Ericka and Landon; her stepdaughter Lori Adams; and her cousin Jean Reynolds. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oakland Memorial Park (1000 W Moore Ave, Terrell, TX 75160).
