She is survived by: her husband Michael Dean Adams; her children, Cindy Rae Thompson and Robert Lewis Short; her grandchildren, Justin Ray Thompson, Paisley K. Coker (Noah) and Dylan Shaddox (Christianna); her great grandchildren, Reese Coker and Lilith Shaddox; her sister Cindy Hunter (Rick); her nephew De Foster; her stepchildren, Rebecca Ann Ray and Brian Russell Adams; and her family Carolyn Karo Stewart.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Max Slayton Funerals and Cremations (642 N Rockwall Ave, Terrell, TX 75160). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
