He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Chappell and Margaret Chappell (Propps). He is survived by : his cousins, Nancy James (Wayne) of Texarkana, Warren Chappell (Chrissy) of Pearland and Kimberly Glidden (David) of Texarkana; his adoptive son Julio Torres (Maria); and also, Julio Torres, Jr. and Julissa Torres.
