He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby; and his brothers, Jimmy Lee Kines and David "Doc" Kines. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kines; his children, Randall Kines (Amber) and Gwendolyn Kines-McLeod (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Brandyn Kines, Will Lamberson, Ariel, Jacob Ledkins, David Curtis, Meredith Curtis, Jake, Destiny McLeod, Justin, Julia McLeod, Shelby, Chacho Martinez, Julia Jane McLeod, Christian Burns, Danielle Burns Henry, Michael Burns and Anna Burns Briggs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
