He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Perry and Kathleen Pauley Perry; and his siblings, Sally Hawk, Suzzanna McDonald and Gene Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra Perry; his children, Matt, Tara Perry, Casey and Meredith Wiley; his grandchildren, Julia Perry, John-Wesley, Alexandria Shelton, Hannah Perry, Caden Wiley, Autumn Perry and Morgan Perry; his brother Fred; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends and extended family.
