He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnny Vance and Ruby Vance; his cousin John Wayne Cody; his children, Casey Allen Vance and Julie Robin Vance (Mark Freelen); his wife Sharon Cox; and his siblings, Jackie Cernoch (Louis, Jr.), Tamie Duncan (Billy), Patty Reed and Clifford Vance (Carla). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
