It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kitty Cernoch of Terrell, Texas, who passed away on May 25, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart David and Beulah David; her husband Louis Cernoch, Sr.; and her siblings, Audrey Lewis, Adeline Dennis, Billie Morse, Nathan David, Helen Belcher and David.

She is survived by: her children, Kitty Harwell (Perry), Louis Cernoch, Jr. (Jackie) and Barbara Penny (David); her grandchildren, Kitty Michelle Franklin, Wendy Rucker, Justin Louis Cernoch, Amy Cernoch and Brandi Thomas; her great grandchildren, Dakota Rucker, Tori Rucker, Luke Norris, Andrea White, MaryBeth Beam, Harper Cernoch, Fieval Thomas, Boston Thomas, Asher Thomas and Corinne Thomas; her great great grandchildren, Chloe and Elijah White; and her sister Bernice Gross. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family and her church family.
