With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marlin Baker of Terrell, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henry and Eileen Eleanor Baker; his brothers, Willard and Gerald; and his son Marlin Shim.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley L. Baker; and his children, Talitha Dombrowski, Terry Baker, Tim Baker, Tammy Loud, Susan Frans, Denise Daniel, Daniel King and Carol Woods. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Max Slayton Funeral Chapel (642 N Rockwall Ave, Terrell, TX 75160). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ft. Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
