He is survived by: his wife Carla Edgar Walters; his children, Christopher William, Brandalyn Suzette, Sarah Elizabeth and Hannah Joy; and his siblings, Hudy Carl (Bubba), Gerald DeWayne (Boogie), Merlada Carolyn, Charolette Kay and Pamela Jean. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
