He is survived by: his children, Ricky Blair (Laurie) and Lori Lindsey (David); his grandchildren, Blair Peden (Jason), Joshua Lindsey (Jerrica), Fallon Blair (Justin), Corbin Blair (Becca), Andre Black (McKenzie), J. P. Black (Kathryn) and Brian Black; his great grandchildren, Noah, Mia, Joslynn, Joriah, Jensen, Jaydon, Jones, Logan, Lennon, Brooks and Taytum; his brother Bill Blair (Melinda); the mother of his children Iris; and his caregivers, Nita Schulze, Lorri Berger and Melanie Wilson.
