With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rochelle Mince (Terrell, Texas), born in Dallas, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Odis Franklin and Anne Franklin. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Caten and Kathy Sloan; her son-in-law Gary; her siblings, Phyllis Hayslip, Sandra Bell and Rev. Lewis Franklin (Darlene); her grandchildren, Ryan Caten, Rochelle Caten, Matthew Sloan (Trish) and Benjamin Sloan (Callien); her great grandchildren, Lyla Jo, Jack, Kaiden, Cheyanne, Dakota and Josh; her great great grandchildren, Lorenzo, Victoria, Christopher, Koda and Jasper; her niece Lisa Jacobs; and her friend Beverly Dudley.
