We are sad to announce that, on June 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Bernice Casteel of Texarkana, Texas, born in Texarkana, Arkansas. She was predeceased by: her husband H. D. Casteel; her son Gayle Casteel; and her granddaughter Kristy Casteel. She is survived by: her children, Gary (Donna Casteel), Greg (Fran Casteel), Tony (Tamie Casteel) and Jo Ann; her son-in-law Allen Steele of Texarkana, Texas; and her cousin Gwen Pierce of Little Rock, Arkansas.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
