We are sad to announce that, on April 21, 2022, at the age of 80, Billy Black of Texarkana, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman and Mary Emma Black. He is survived by: his wife Linda Black; his children, Dr. Scott Black (Melinda) of Texarkana and Susan Maynard (Justin) of Texarkana; his grandchildren, Aubrey Maynard of Texarkana, Caroline Maynard of Texarkana, Molly Black of Texarkana and Brooks Black of Texarkana; and his brother Bobby Black (Sarah) of Texarkana. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
