He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sherman Webb and Pearl Foster Webb; his wife Mildred Breed Webb; his children, James Kelly Webb, Pamela Webb Thompson (Charles) and Brooks Lee Webb (Pam Caines Webb); his grandchildren, Burton Thompson (Kelly), Kathryn Hinojosa (Miguel), Sarah Webb and Hannah Webb; and his great grandchild Beckett Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice of Texarkana or that you honor Billy's memory by simply doing something kind for someone else.
