She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Elizabeth Harrell and Doris Reginald Harrell, Sr.; her daughters, Christina Michelle Philyaw and Chauna Kay Philyaw; her siblings, Regina O'Brian and Reginald Glen Harrell; her brother-in-law Dennis O'Brian; her husband Tony Williams of Texarkana, Arkansas; her children, Brent Philyaw of Texarkana, Arkansas, Megan Turney (Jared) of Texarkana and Olivia Tittle (Justin); her sister-in-law Brenda Harrell; her close friend Joyce Philyaw (Denise Grey); and her grandchildren, Peyton, John, Lilly, Josh, Wyatt and Presley.
She is survived by: her brother Buddy Harrell of Ashdown. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapelwood Memorial Gardens (826 N Kings Hwy, Wake Village, TX 75501).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Brenda's memory.
