He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Horn and Linda Couch Horn Birmingham of Maud, Texas; his stepmother Deborah Horn of Texarkana, Arkansas; his brothers, Gabriel Horn (Amanda) of Sherwood and Byron Horn (Stephanie) of Romance, Arkansas; his uncle Eugene Horn of Nash; and his aunts, Doris Osieczanek of Ft Walton Beach and Judy Duncan (Rex) of Maud. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
